Required Qualifications (ER RN / Travel RN)

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) RN experience
• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability and willingness to float as needed across the department
• Preferred: ability to start within 2 weeks of acceptance

Core Responsibilities — Emergency Department Nurse

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department using the Nursing Process
• Apply critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership when planning and delivering safe patient care
• Maintain and advance clinical competencies through continuing education and on-the-job training
• Delegate and prioritize patient care based on staff education and experience
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel providing patient care in the ER
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and the Arizona Nurse Practice Act
