ICU RN Travel Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 18, 2026 – August 17, 2026)
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and ER hold as needed
• Shifts: Day shifts, 12 hours (07:00 – 19:00)
• Weekly Hours: Scheduled for 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,820 – $1,910
• Orientation: 16 hours (includes 2–3 hours of modules)
• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• On-Site Position

Travel RN – Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be in hand before start date)
• Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience required (2 years and prior travel nursing experience preferred)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• TNCC, PALS, or ENPC certifications preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Ability to float to PCU and ER hold as needed
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must be able to complete required labs within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

ICU RN Responsibilities (Critical Care Nurse)

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and support transitions to PCU/telemetry areas
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EPIC and other clinical systems
• Respond to emergencies and provide advanced life support interventions as an experienced critical care nurse
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in orientation, complete required modules, and maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Provide safe, patient-centered care while supporting unit needs in the ER hold and progressive care settings when required
