Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,000 - $3,160 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Location: Honolulu, HI 96817 — Honolulu nursing jobs / Hawaii travel nursing
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 10, 2026)
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40 (Guaranteed 32 hours)
- On Call: Frequent on-call, including consecutive weekends as needed
- Positions Available: 2 Travel Cath Lab RN positions
Job Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license required prior to start (Hawaii RN license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience (cardiac catheterization / interventional cardiology)
- Ability to take frequent on-call shifts and work consecutive weekends as needed
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, assisting with cardiac catheterization and angiography procedures
- Monitor patient status, hemodynamics, and telemetry during procedures and respond to emergencies as needed
- Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care
- Prepare patients for procedures, assist with sterile technique, equipment setup, and post-procedure recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Participate in frequent on-call rotations, including weekend coverage when required
