• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,530 - $1,610 (competitive weekly pay for Travel RNs)

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue (Royal blue scrubs required)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (travel nurse eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care/hospital setting
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and following facility dress code (royal blue scrubs)
• Experience with EMR/electronic charting preferred

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inpatient Med/Surg nursing care to adult and/or pediatric patients as assigned
• Perform patient assessments, monitor patient progress, and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case management) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the EMR (electronic medical record)
• Provide compassionate patient and family education, discharge planning support, and emotional support
• Follow facility policies, procedures, infection control standards, and the required uniform/dress code
