ER RN – Night Shift Travel Nurse in Granbury, TX (76048). 13-week Emergency Department (ED) travel nursing contract starting 03/16/2026. Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a modern 10-room, 19 bed/chair emergency department.

- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45 – 07:15) — Night Shift ER RN
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Active RN license (state-specific licensing requirements apply)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room / ED nursing experience
- Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain cases (trauma nurse / stroke care experience preferred)
- Travel nursing experience preferred (travel nurse, travel RN)
- Titers must be in hand at time of submission
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel assignment
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ED
- Manage patient assignments with a typical ratio of 3:1 or 4:1
- Respond efficiently to trauma, stroke, and chest pain emergencies; perform rapid assessments and interventions
- Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately using MEDHOST EMR (experience with MEDHOST a plus)
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical guidelines for acute care
- Adhere to facility dress code: royal blue scrubs required
