• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Saturday and Sunday (midnight shifts)
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights
• Shift Type: 12-hour nights; guaranteed 36 hours/week
• On-Call: Weeknight backup call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) every 10 days
• Weekend/Holiday: Weekend and holiday shifts required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 – $2,030

Required Qualifications – Michigan OR Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (LARA and Nursys verification required)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) / perioperative experience
• Experience circulating in the OR; must be able to circulate
• Clinical experience across Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro surgeries
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application
• Trauma Level II experience preferred (valuable for emergency and high-acuity cases)

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care using the nursing process in the operating room
• Circulate and assist during a variety of surgical procedures (Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, Neuro)
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain professional nursing standards according to hospital policy and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during scheduled weekends and holidays
