• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse / ICU RN Travel Assignment
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) — 28 beds across two pods, including a new 12-bed expansion
• Start Date: 04/22/2026
• End Date: 07/22/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) — night shift ICU RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,650

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience (critical care nurse / ICU RN)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• TNCC and Meditech experience preferred
• Strong flexibility, teamwork, and patient-centered communication skills

Core Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to critically ill patients in a 28-bed intensive care unit
• Manage patient assignments typically 1:2 based on acuity; function as an experienced ICU RN
• Perform ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and care for post-op neuro surgical, trauma, and cardiac arrest patients
• Use advanced equipment including Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Artic Sun, and Sub Zero
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and 24/7 intensivists who provide clinical support and teaching
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR and support unit workflow and patient safety initiatives
• Demonstrate a positive, patient-centered approach and willingness to support your team as a travel nurse
