Who We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years MICU/critical care experience (required within the last 6 months)
• Medical-surgical ICU experience preferred; strong surgical ICU skills a plus
• Active New Jersey RN license (New Jersey State Board of Nursing)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 24/7, high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients recovering from major surgeries or with acute medical conditions
• Perform advanced patient assessments and continuous hemodynamic monitoring
• Manage ventilators, life-support equipment, and titrate complex medication infusions
• Provide complex wound care and post-operative surgical nursing interventions
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and surgical teams
• Participate in orientation, competency validation, and required training modules
