• Location: Maysville, KY 41056 – Kentucky travel nursing opportunity near Lexington and Cincinnati (Ohio River community)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse (13-week assignment)
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab / Acute Care Hospital
• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• End Date: August 10, 2026
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour days); 40 hours/week
• Call Requirements: Every 3rd weekday and every 3rd weekend (on-call rotation)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,620 – $2,760

Required Qualifications – Cath Lab Nurse / Cardiac RN

• Active RN license (state licensure required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac cath lab
• Clinical experience with L/R HC, FFR, IVUS, and peripheral vascular procedures
• MacLab EHR experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled call shifts and participate in STEMI response
• Uniform: navy or royal blue scrubs required; no open-toed footwear

Key Responsibilities – Cath Lab RN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including FFR and IVUS monitoring
• Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure; manage hemodynamics and vascular access care
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced cath lab equipment (MacLab, FFR, IVUS, peripherals)
• Respond to STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain activations and participate in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with cardiologists, techs, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in the EHR and follow cath lab protocols and safety standards
