Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead / Sandy Springs, 30342). Seeking experienced Perioperative / Surgical RN with 2+ years of recent OR experience and an active RN license. Job Details — Travel RN / OR Nurse

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,770 – $1,870
• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Buckhead / Sandy Springs area)
• Position: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) / Perioperative Nurse / Surgical RN
• Setting: Operating Room – Surgery (Ground Floor)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• End Date: August 15, 2026
• Shift: 12-hour days, Monday–Friday (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM); 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel RN (On-site)
• Note: No local candidates within 50 miles

Required Qualifications — OR RN / Perioperative Nurse

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative nursing experience preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Clinical expertise across multiple surgical specialties: robotic surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, gynecologic procedures, and general surgery
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical services environment

Key Responsibilities — Surgical RN / OR Nurse

• Provide direct perioperative patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures across specialties, including robotic-assisted and specialty surgeries
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs and the perioperative team to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and sterile technique
• Prepare and manage surgical instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for varied case mixes
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in a high-acuity, fast-paced operating room
