Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State or Multi-State Compact RN license (compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room circulator experience required (OR RN / circulating RN)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills for fast-paced surgical settings
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Responsibilities – Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing

• Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized, comprehensive nursing care to all surgical patients as an OR RN
• Circulate in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly during intraoperative care
• Maintain accurate documentation, instrument counts, and uphold sterile technique and infection control standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and cover holiday shifts when scheduled
