Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Charleston, WV (25311). 12-week travel contract; guaranteed 40 hrs/week, competitive weekly pay. Join our homecare team providing patient-centered nursing in Kanawha County and surrounding West Virginia communities.

Hours: 40 hours/week (Guaranteed)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (8-hour shifts)
Pay: Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Job Details & Travel Nursing Benefits

Employment Type: Travel Contract — Travel nursing opportunity in home health
On-Call/Weekend: Every third weekend and one additional day per week (participate in on-call rotation)
Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursed between visits (from first patient to last patient)
Setting: Home health and hospice visits across Kanawha County

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
CPR required (BLS from AHA preferred)
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum)
At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)

Core Responsibilities — Home Health RN

Conduct OASIS visits and comprehensive patient assessments for home health patients
Provide high-quality home health and hospice nursing care in patients’ homes across Charleston and Kanawha County
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and OASIS-compliant records per agency and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans (physicians, therapists, social work)
Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during assigned weekends and additional clinical days
Promote patient safety, comfort, independence, and family education in the home setting
