- Location: Saint Louis, MO (zip 63141) and surrounding counties — St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Assignment Duration: 17 weeks (April 10, 2026 – August 7, 2026)
- Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- On Call/Weekend: 1 weekend every 5 weeks
- Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; must meet Missouri licensure requirements or hold a current Compact License
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- At least 1 year of nursing experience; homecare/home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy/IV care, and skilled nursing assessments
- Experience with electronic documentation/EHR systems; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and VAC (wound vacuum) experience a plus
- Reliable travel between patient homes within assigned counties (mileage reimbursed)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based home health nursing care as a Travel Homecare RN
- Perform skilled nursing assessments, wound care (including VAC therapy support), and IV therapy
- Educate patients and families on medication management, disease processes, care plans, and safe home health practices
- Document visits, treatments, and patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) — HCHB experience preferred
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, case managers, and physicians to support optimal patient outcomes
- Travel between patient homes within assigned counties while maintaining professional standards of homecare nursing
