- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,120 – $1,200

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
- Experience in adult critical care (ICU/ventilator management) required
- Ability to float to other units as needed to meet staffing and patient care needs
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to document care accurately in Meditech or similar EMR systems
- Professional appearance and compliance with hospital dress code and policies
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Prior travel respiratory therapist experience or temporary staffing assignments
- Comfortable with advanced airway management, mechanical ventilation, and aerosolized therapies
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to adult patients in a hospital setting, including ICU and step-down units
- Perform respiratory assessments, implement ordered treatments, and carry out respiratory procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Provide mechanical ventilation support, ventilator management, and monitor patient responses
- Administer aerosolized medications and therapies; assist with airway management as needed
- Document all respiratory care and patient interactions in Meditech (or facility EMR) in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other units as required to support hospital staffing and patient care needs
