Travel Homecare RN – Join our Springdale, AR travel nursing job delivering home health care across Northwest Arkansas. Provide patient-centered home health nursing as a Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) in patient homes throughout Springdale and surrounding areas.

Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230 (competitive travel RN pay)
• Location: Springdale, AR (patient homes throughout the area) — Northwest Arkansas / 72762
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / Home Health RN)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 24, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Work Days: 5 days per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
• Travel: Daily travel required between patient homes (reliable transportation required)

Home Health RN Requirements

• Current Arkansas RN license (compact license holders: check state requirements)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum education requirement)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• OASIS assessment experience is a plus (OASIS documentation and clinical documentation skills)
• Ability to travel daily between patient homes in Springdale and surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities

Homecare Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Perform OASIS assessments and complete accurate home health documentation
• Provide advanced wound care and manage IVs, PICC lines, and central lines
• Deliver ostomy care and perform catheter changes
• Provide med/surg care for adult patients (18+), with a primary focus on elderly patients
• Manage chronic and acute disease processes in a homecare setting (care coordination and patient education)
• Travel between patient homes to deliver compassionate, high-quality home health care
