• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,190 - $2,310
• Location: Brockton, MA (Zip: 02301) — Massachusetts nursing jobs; easy access to Boston and Cape Cod

• Shift: 12-hour shifts; rotation between days and nights; every other weekend and holiday required (evening/night leadership)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Nursing degree required: diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of staff nurse experience in an acute care hospital, including charge nurse responsibilities
• Proven nursing leadership and clinical supervision experience
• Demonstrated clinical competence across the lifespan (infancy through geriatrics) in acute care settings

Key Responsibilities (RN Supervisor / Charge RN)

• Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units and departments during evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Provide clinical direction, mentorship, and role-model leadership to bedside nursing staff
• Evaluate nursing care delivery to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care in the acute care hospital
• Make staffing and resource decisions; manage human resources issues within the Nursing Division
• Serve as the on-site hospital representative, coordinating operational and administrative activities during assigned shifts
• Plan and direct Nursing Division activities to align with established policies, regulatory standards, and divisional goals
• Foster interdisciplinary communication and cooperation with physicians, ancillary departments, and unit leadership
• Promote a positive patient- and family-centered image of the Nursing Division within the Brockton community and greater Boston area
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional growth and clinical excellence
