• Shift: 4 x 9-hour day shifts (07:00 - 16:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call: Every 3rd weekend and 12 days per month
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360 - $2,480

Qualifications & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-appropriate)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience required (2 years preferred)
• BLS certification required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed
• Completion of required onboarding modules (up to 20 hours for Cath Lab RNs)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures — including hemodynamic monitoring and peri-procedural nursing care
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cath lab technologists, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiac care
• Respond to emergencies and participate in scheduled on-call rotations
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow hospital protocols, and support quality and safety initiatives
• Support a positive patient experience and contribute to a collaborative team environment in the cardiac unit
