• Job Title: Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) / Homecare RN
• Assignment Type: Travel (Home Health / Travel Nurse)
• Location: Hernando, MS 38632 (covering Desoto County, Tate County, Tunica County, and Marshall County)
• Duration: 12 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 17, 2026)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 – $2,230 (competitive travel nursing pay for Mississippi home health)
• Travel Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursed between patient visits (from first to last patient)
• Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher (ADN or BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health nursing or community health experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills for home health care coordination

Responsibilities (Home Health RN)

• Provide skilled home health nursing services, delivering patient-centered care in the home setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized home care plans
• Administer medications, IV/infusions (if applicable), wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
• Teach patients and families disease management, medication adherence, and self-care techniques
• Document patient progress accurately in the home health agency's clinical records and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Travel between patient homes within the coverage area (Desoto, Tate, Tunica, and Marshall counties)
