Job Details – Travel Nurse / Cath Lab RN

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 – $2,230
• Location: Stuart, FL 34994 (float to Martin North, Martin South, and Tradition hospitals within 20 miles)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Nurse / Travel RN)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour (07:00 – 17:30)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Start Date: May 18, 2026
• Facility: Teaching hospital with 521 staffed beds

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission
• Nicotine-free policy: negative 10-panel + nicotine drug screen required
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record/charting system preferred
• Ability to float to all 3 hospitals within a 20-mile radius (Martin County area)
• On-call participation required
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted up front
• EKG and Pharmacology (Pharm) tests required during orientation (2 attempts max)

Core Responsibilities – Cath Lab Nurse / Cardiac RN

• Provide specialized patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Prepare, monitor, and manage procedural sedation and post-procedure recovery
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations and pulmonary artery (Swan-Ganz) monitoring as indicated
• Support EP and interventional cardiology procedures as required
• Float to other units or affiliated hospitals as needed within scope of practice
• Complete mandatory, time-sensitive modules and orientation requirements prior to assignment start
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety protocols
