Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license: New Jersey or compact state accepted
• Minimum 1 year recent Emergency Room / ER nursing experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills typical of emergency nurses

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, efficient emergency care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in collaboration with the ER team and physicians
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered and per protocol
• Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate care as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in rapid response, code blue situations, and other emergency procedures when required
