Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or laboratory setting preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Familiarity with specimen handling, chain-of-custody documentation, and basic laboratory safety and infection control protocols

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory and logistics operations within the hospital, providing clinical laboratory support and specimen transport
• Assist with the safe handling, labeling, and transportation of medical specimens and supplies
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory tracking in accordance with hospital and CLIA/HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing, phlebotomy, and laboratory teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials
• Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and chain-of-custody procedures
