- End Date: September 12, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) – night shift telemetry RN
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 – $2,010
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active RN license (Nursys verification required) — Telemetry RN or Travel RN eligible
- Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac monitoring, telemetry nursing)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience within the last year required (electronic charting / documentation)
- Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed
- Degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Solid black scrubs required
- Resume must reflect all required experience and certifications
- Maximum of 7 days requested time off (RTO) allowed; no RTO permitted in the first two weeks of assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and continuous cardiac monitoring on the Telemetry Unit
- Interpret and respond to telemetry and cardiac monitoring data; recognize arrhythmias and escalation criteria
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, cardiology, case management) to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and telemetry findings accurately using Epic EMR
- Float to other units as required and support staffing needs across the facility
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
