Required Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Labor & Delivery RN experience (L&D or OB RN)
Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
Certifications required and active at application: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE
Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Labor & Delivery within the past 12 months
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate during orientation
Experience with EPIC Stork (EPIC EHR) preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities (L&D / OB Nurse)

Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring, antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Monitor and assess maternal and newborn status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery (maternal-newborn care)
Circulate in the OB Operating Room as needed and assist with cesarean deliveries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary perinatal teams—physicians, midwives, neonatal staff—to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Accurate, timely documentation using the facility charting system/EPIC (when applicable)
Participate in orientation, competency assessments, and required training to maintain clinical competency
