Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Critical care / ICU experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements: health screenings, background checks, and facility orientation
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and acute care skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities

ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, following evidence-based critical care nursing practices
• Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage IV infusions, titrate drips, and operate advanced critical care equipment
• Provide patient- and family-centered education, emotional support, and discharge planning as appropriate
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with hospital policies and Ohio nursing regulations
