Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – 13-week assignment in Beachwood, OH (Cleveland area). 12-hour nights; high-volume adult & pediatric Emergency Department. Immediate opportunity for experienced ED RNs and travel nurses.
Job Details
- Location: Beachwood, OH 44122 (Cleveland, OH / Northeast Ohio)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 15, 2026 – September 13, 2026)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
- Role / Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) / Emergency Department Nurse / Travel Nurse
- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Unit: 38-bed high-volume Emergency Department with 5 fast track rooms, 4 behavioral health swing rooms, 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms, and an internal waiting room

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or valid multistate compact license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience as an ED RN or ER RN
- Experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients (pediatric emergency care experience preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills for high-volume ED care
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required by the schedule
- Completion of required onboarding health and competency documentation
Responsibilities (Emergency Department / ED RN)
- Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity using ED nursing best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered; manage IVs, airway support, and trauma interventions
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions, including trauma and resuscitation support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapy, and affiliated children’s hospital teams for pediatric cases
- Document all care provided accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients with behavioral health needs and in fast track/triage areas
