Job Details

• Location: Summit, WI 53066 (near Milwaukee and Madison; ideal for Wisconsin travel radiology)
• Setting: Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 6/15/2026 – End: 9/12/2026)
• Shifts: 12-hour day shifts (typically 7:00/7:30 AM – 7:30/8:00 PM)
• Schedule: Weekend program (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,050 (competitive travel rad tech pay)
• Orientation: 2 days, starting on Monday

Radiology Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience as a Radiology Technologist / Rad Tech
• Current ARRT certification (Radiography) and active Wisconsin state license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience with general X-ray, OR imaging, and portable radiography
• EPIC EMR experience required (documentation and patient workflow)
• Fluoroscopy experience preferred (on-site training available)
• OR imaging experience required (O-arm experience can be taught)
• Ability to work independently during weekend rotations and provide reliable on-site imaging support

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures for adult and adolescent patients (occasional pediatric cases, age 12+)
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment including C-arms (GE OEC), O-arm (Medtronic), Del Medical, Radrex, and Canon portables
• Provide imaging support in the OR (orthopedic, spine, neuro, pain, urology), ER, ICU, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Float throughout the hospital to perform portable and OR imaging as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, technologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document procedures, patient information, and images accurately in EPIC (medical imaging documentation)
• Participate in weekend rotations and work holidays as scheduled
