• Location: Willoughby, OH 44094 (Cleveland area)
• Setting: Level 3 Trauma Center – acute care / trauma surgical tech role
• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• End Date: August 30, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 – $1,820

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an OR Tech / Surgical Technologist; trauma or acute care experience preferred
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties (bariatrics, vascular, orthopedics/ortho-trauma, general, robotics, pain management, thoracic, podiatry, ophthalmology, urology) is a plus
• Current immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, TB/PPD, Physical/Health Statement, Influenza as applicable)
• Ability to complete required onboarding documentation and perioperative skills checklists
• Driver's License / State ID, background check, and drug screening required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team across multiple specialties as a scrub and circulating OR Tech / Surgical Technologist
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and ensure sterile technique throughout procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs; provide instruments, supplies, and implants promptly
• Properly handle, care for, and account for surgical instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Follow hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols in a Level 3 trauma center
