Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 – $1,890
• Location: Willoughby, Ohio (Willoughby, OH 44094) — Northeast Ohio travel nursing opportunity near Lake Erie
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Setting: Level 3 Trauma Center; Stroke and Chest Pain Center; Emergency Department (ED)
• Unit: 22-bed Emergency Service Department with Supertrack area; adult and pediatric emergency care

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or may be required based on unit needs
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room / Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and ED clinical practice
• Comfortable using technical monitoring equipment and ED devices
• Completion of onboarding requirements: health screenings, background check, skills checklist, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care for adult and pediatric patients using the nursing process
• Deliver relationship-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department and Supertrack area
• Demonstrate technical competencies to support optimal outcomes in trauma, stroke, and chest-pain cases
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) appropriately
• Contribute to professional nursing practice and ongoing clinical development
