• Shifts: Flexible – days/mids rotation; every other weekend required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN (ER RN) experience — strong triage and rapid assessment skills preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• EPIC EMR experience required (experience with EPIC/EMR systems is a plus)
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Ability to accommodate any shift (days/mids rotation) and work every other weekend
• Any requested time off must allow for at least 3 shifts per week
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state RN license

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a busy Emergency Department (ED/ER)
• Perform rapid triage, assessment, and prioritization of emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Utilize EPIC EMR for timely documentation and care coordination
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies, critical situations, and trauma cases
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Provide patient and family education, support, and discharge instructions
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and rotating shifts as needed
