Job Details

• Position: ICU / Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) – 13-week contract
• Location: Vineland, New Jersey 08360 (South Jersey; Cumberland County)
• Setting: ICU / Critical Care
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090 - $2,200
• Start Date: June 22, 2026
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; 1 holiday per contract if needed
• RTO: No more than 3 days

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care RN experience (PCU experience preferred)
• Active RN license in New Jersey or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA only)
• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; rescheduling is not permitted
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with critical care equipment preferred (ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, infusion pumps)

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, ongoing monitoring, and timely interventions for critically ill patients
• Provide high-quality critical care, including medication administration, ventilator care, and hemodynamic monitoring as required
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, nursing staff, patients, and families
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice
• Participate in orientation, required classes (virtual and in-person), and unit-based education
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support patient/family education and discharge planning
