• Travel experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and commitment to patient safety and infection control

Primary Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, focusing on Ortho and Neuro specialties
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (autoclaves, low-temp sterilizers) and validate sterilization cycles
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, instrument tracking, and SPD inventory management
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile trays, instrumentation, and implants
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection prevention protocols
• Troubleshoot instrument processing issues and perform routine maintenance and quality checks
