• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / travel nursing)
• Start Date: July 13, 2026
• End Date: October 12, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00 – 07:30), 3 shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940 – $2,040 (competitive travel RN pay)
• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• Weekend and rotating holidays required
• Floating: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Parking: Multiple affordable options with shuttle service available

Job Requirements — Registered Nurse (RN)

• Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg experience required (Med/Surg Tele RN experience preferred)
• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission)
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required
• EPIC electronic charting experience required (EPIC proficiency preferred)
• Clinical skills required: IV start, telemetry monitoring, central line care/management, blood product administration, dysrhythmia interpretation, wound care, tracheostomy care
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must provide two professional references (one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Responsibilities — Med/Surg Tele RN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse medical conditions
• Monitor and interpret telemetry, manage IV therapy, and administer medications per orders
• Perform central line care, blood product administration, wound and tracheostomy care
• Utilize EPIC for accurate electronic charting and documentation (EPIC charting)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, case management, and social work
• Float to other units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed (flexible team player for hospital needs)
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations and maintain professional standards of care
• Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning support, and patient advocacy
