Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Texas or compact state accepted

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to ED patients across acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up instructions
• Maintain situational awareness and contribute to ED safety and quality initiatives
