Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $950-$1000
• Setting: Community/Homecare with on-site and occasional community-based responsibilities
• Location: Bordentown/Fieldsboro area, Central New Jersey, including the welcoming Fieldsboro, NJ 08505 and Bordentown community with convenient access to local neighborhoods and a charming small-town setting
• Start Date: 6/29/2026
• Duration: 13-week assignment
• Schedule: Part-time, 2 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Days: Tuesday and Wednesday required, with occasional third day based on program needs

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact/multi-state license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required, including experience working with the elderly population
• Home health, homecare, or community nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification required
• Strong assessment, communication, care coordination, and documentation skills

RN Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and triage participant needs in a homecare or community health setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and manage individualized care plans
• Educate participants and families regarding acute and chronic health conditions
• Communicate changes in condition and coordinate transitions of care
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Support clinic or center-based care as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
