Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090-$2,200
• Location: Cape May Court House, New Jersey
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Room / Emergency Department
• Start Date: 7/7/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Flexible shifts
• Shift Options: 7a-7p, 11a-11p, or 3p-3a
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current PALS certification required
• ATCN or TNCC required
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Flu vaccination required

Emergency Department Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and direct patient care in the emergency department
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in a high-acuity care environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency nursing interventions according to established protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Support patients and families during urgent and high-stress situations with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care
• Maintain compliance with department standards, safety practices, and required certifications
