Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Telemetry - Philadelphia, PA Local Contract

Experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN needed for a 13-week local contract in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This on-site opportunity requires at least 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing experience, strong medical oncology experience, a BSN, successful completion of telemetry-related competency testing, and an active Pennsylvania RN license.

Job Details

Weekly Estimated Pay: $2000-$2100
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
Work Environment: On-site
Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry with an oncology-focused patient population
Start Date: 6/29/2026
Duration: 13-week assignment with potential to extend
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 summer holiday
Employment Type: Local contract

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing experience
Strong experience in medical oncology and telemetry is required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Ability to successfully complete telemetry-related competency testing
Active Pennsylvania RN license required

Responsibilities

Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting with an oncology-focused patient population
Meet telemetry-related competency and testing expectations for the assignment
Fulfill the every-other-weekend schedule requirement
Fulfill the requirement to work 1 summer holiday
Support unit operations during expanding bed capacity
