• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250-$2,370

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) nursing experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes to support safe maternal-fetal outcomes
• Support patients and families with education, comfort, and reassurance throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Work closely with physicians, OB providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safe outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Contribute to a supportive, respectful, patient-centered environment
