Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license required at submission
• BSN required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, high-quality outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
• Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process, recovery, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Support a compassionate, safe, and efficient care environment during high-acuity situations
