Experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) needed for an 8-week on-site contract in Philadelphia, PA. Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• BSN required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania or compact eligibility, if applicable
• Strong clinical assessment, maternal health, and patient monitoring skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-acuity women's health and obstetric care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor and delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and promptly communicate changes to the care team
• Assist with labor management, deliveries, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols
• Educate patients and families on the labor, delivery, and recovery process
• Collaborate with physicians, obstetric providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
