Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,070-$2,180
• Location: Middle Township, New Jersey
• Healthcare Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Start Date: 8/5/2026
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Night shift, every other weekend required
• Employment Type: Local contract
• Charting System: Epic experience required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent PCU RN experience in a busy Level I Trauma setting
• Cardiac drip experience required
• Current and active New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification required
• Ability and willingness to float to like units as needed
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with accuracy and urgency
• Administer and manage cardiac drips in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic
• Float to like units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
• Support safe, compassionate, and efficient care delivery during night shifts and weekend coverage
