• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090-$2,200
• Location: Middle Township, New Jersey
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Room / Emergency Department
• Start Date: 7/20/2026
• Contract Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, every other weekend
• Hours: 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license
• EPIC charting experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
• PALS certification required
• ATCN or TNCC required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and emergency response skills

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions in a high-acuity ER setting
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to provider orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in EPIC
• Respond efficiently to critical situations while maintaining patient safety and quality standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
