Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370-$2,500
• Location: Easton, Pennsylvania
• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing
• Start Date: 8/3/2026
• Contract Length: 13-week local contract
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Shift Options: 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
• Call Requirements: 1 weekend per month and 1-2 nights per week
• Holiday Call: 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday
• Employment Type: Local contract healthcare job

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice
• Strong perioperative nursing skills and confidence in a surgical setting
• Orthopedic surgery and robotics experience strongly preferred
• Ability to participate in required call rotation, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process
• Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to support efficient workflow
• Monitor patient status and maintain a safe, sterile environment during procedures
• Document patient care accurately and in accordance with facility standards
• Support a variety of surgical cases with attention to quality outcomes and patient safety
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekend, night, and holiday assignments
