Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2520-$2650
• Location: Harrison Township, New Jersey
• Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing
• Start Date: 8/10/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekend/On-Call Requirement: One weekend of call per month, totaling 36 hours: 24 hours on Saturday and 12 hours on Sunday
• Scrubs: Provided on site

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Ability to both scrub and circulate independently in the operating room
• Expert-level experience with orthopedic spine, robotics, and trauma surgical cases
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• National certification in a surgical or perioperative specialty preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process
• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures as an OR RN
• Support orthopedic spine, robotic, and trauma surgeries with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized operating room environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to support quality patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately during procedures
• Complete required orientation and onboarding activities as scheduled
• Follow facility protocols, documentation standards, and patient safety practices
