• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Experience in cardiac stepdown, telemetry, medical-surgical, or a similar acute care setting preferred
• Current knowledge of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to patients with advanced cardiac conditions
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to complete required onboarding, screening, and compliance items before start

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, dysrhythmias, and other complex cardiac conditions
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to rhythm changes and patient status updates
• Support patients before and after cardiac procedures such as catheterization, electrophysiology studies, ablation, and cardioversion
• Provide care for patients with implantable cardiac devices and assist with ongoing treatment plans
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, high-quality outcomes
