Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $710-$750
• Location: Camden, New Jersey 08103
• Setting: Outpatient Nursing / Clinical Care
• Start Date: 8/11/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Schedule: Per diem weekend coverage; must work 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Hours: 12 hours per week

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in a busy Level 1 trauma environment
• Active New Jersey RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to float to all like units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient healthcare setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established protocols
• Respond effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
• Float to similar units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
• Maintain compliance with facility standards, safety practices, and nursing best practices
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting efficient outpatient operations
