• Weekly Estimated Pay: $660-$690

• Contract Length: 52 weeks
• Schedule: Flex shift, 12 hours per week
• Shift Options: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM, based on department needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room, Emergency Department, or acute care setting
• Active New Jersey RN license in hand at the time of application
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Professional references or evaluations from Emergency Department experience must be included with the application

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient treatment and flow
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Monitor patient status closely and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care during emergency situations
• Adapt to assigned flex scheduling and changing departmental needs while maintaining excellent clinical standards
