• Setting: On-site acute care Med/Surg units
• Float Requirement: Must be willing to float between Med/Surg units
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand before start
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Nursys verification required with submission
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must be available to complete required onboarding items within 72 hours of accepting an offer
• RTO must be included at the time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to Medical-Surgical patients across assigned units
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using strong clinical judgment
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Support adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs
• Float between Med/Surg units as needed to support patient care and staffing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established facility protocols
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff to promote quality patient outcomes
