Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- At least 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- TNCC, ENPC, and NRP required
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced ER setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver rapid, compassionate care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
- Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients across a broad range of emergency department cases
- Collaborate with physicians and specialty support teams to coordinate timely interventions
- Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and document care accurately
- Support a safe, efficient workflow in a busy Emergency Department environment
- Respond calmly and effectively to changing patient conditions, trauma cases, and critical situations
