Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required
• 2 years of ED experience preferred
• Current BLS and ALS certification required
• TNCC required
• ENPC or PALS required
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and a positive, upbeat attitude
• Comfort working in a fast-paced emergency department with varying patient volume

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients in a busy Emergency Department setting
• Support critical ED procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, PCTs, and fellow nurses to deliver safe, efficient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while helping maintain a calm, organized environment
• Contribute to a patient-centered team culture focused on quality, reliability, and excellent outcomes
