Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing or critical care experience
• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS required or ability to obtain within the first 3 weeks of arrival
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced acute care environment with evolving patient needs
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
• Professional, team-oriented approach with strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs in a high-acuity setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient updates effectively
• Deliver compassionate, safe, and attentive bedside care throughout each shift
